Hello can you make a tutorial how to setup cronus zen on pc
I don't have much to say about the aftermath of the bankruptcy, but it did work for a contractor that was a dealer of SunPower. I fucking hate their micro inverters enphase manufactures them but still they're terrible and don't get me started on all the BS related it with anything warranty related but that's the solar industry in general. When you prop up an industry based on government incentives and government grants. It's not going to be very viable for very long and solar energy on your home is a huge money pit. It makes more sense to be more than utility case or off-grid use. I do say in areas where the grid is a bit weaker backup batteries and solar is a great idea on the whole but that's as far as I'm going to go
Interesting video! I think the challenge of convincing people to invest in solar energy isn’t as big as it might seem if you focus on the financial benefits. It’s simple: if your electricity rate per kWh is higher than what you’d pay per kWh generated by your own solar panels, it can really pay off—and you’ll save or even make money. That’s often enough to get people to reconsider.
I work in the energy field. Long story short, photovoltaic energy is not baseload energy. It doesn't make sense economically for homeowners to buy it even if they can technically afford it. That said, If you genuinely care about green energy, then nuclear and geothermal are what you should be fighting for. That is the future.
doesn't work like that.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with relying on the grid, unless you're California unfortunately. We didn't build this dang thing just so everyone would be required by "TECH" to pay monthly subscriptions to own, operate, maintain, repair, replace, holy-crap-how-am-I-gonna-get-grandma…., etc. The entity that should handle those problems is my electric company that I pay to do all that for me at a minimal cost and a maximum time savings. And I HAVE solar and doing electrician stuffs and repairs and computers and etc. I'm the target audience for solar and even I think the current setups are too complex. Especially if you want grid also, because of the frequencies and voltages and amperages and extra infrastructure to connect to grid and a fight with your electric company, etc.
The electric company should do solar so I get solar energy. And they do. As well as wind, and whatever else your area might possibly provide (dam, ocean waves, whatever).
I sold solar for 3 years for SunPro/ADT and I never was fully convinced going solar was worth it. On top of the hiccups that WILL happen you have to also remember that the panels have to stay on the home if you happen to move. Also solar panels deteriorate over time starting on day one just like anything else. The average life span is around 25 years, oddly enough the most common amount of years term wise on a solar loan
I think one problem is there are no repeat customers. So a bunch of solar companies start up, grow as quickly as possible, then they have a large business with no new customers and go bankrupt.
bruhhh i Worked in an outsourced Sunpower CC, did not know they went bankrupt? We had to tell customers they we had a warranty in case they go out of business. Thats why I just pushed the sale enough to be complaint and keep the job, I knew the business model was flawed
Going bankrupt while they are being heavily subsided by the American tax payers
Started watching the video…. the AI generated art popped up… stopped video, downvoted it. Stop this. bye
I hope this is a joke whay kind of prices are those or the Solar in Nigeria is different
You have a solar panel? I need to do a prensentation in school about solar energy , could i ask you questions on instagram or somewhere else?
Thanks anyway
There should be some type of customer protection regulation about companies like this. they are scams. It's a shame too because a lot of people do want solar but you can't get around this money making pyramid scheme.
OH man, so you were a sucker..
Solyndra is a perfect example of the type of deliberately unsustainable business model the solar industry attracts. If not for government funding they would never get off the ground.
why do you focus so much of what they did wrong. Maybe its just that the market for solar energy has been overhyped and demand didn't meet offer. That seems the simplest explanation as, even though solar is the future energy, the grid has always been working good for most and its probably more of a slow-changing technology for future more than a new discovery rush
In South Africa load shedding has been a thing of the past for alot of people. But for the unlucky few like myself I'm in the market for one
Solar is a complete ripoff.
Anker Solix is a brand
I’d like to see a gym routine next pls <3
Solar salesmen are scammers , loading it up to old people and making them sign insane contracts , and damaging their roof , its a hard sell
The financing companies charge a dealer fee to the installers worth 21-30 percent of the contract value. After labor and materials these companies arent making money – only the financiers are making money.
What company is next to to short
GoodLeap is a company that helps finance these solar loans, and they have to deal with lots of people who are being told the wrong information from solar sales reps. A big thing is the tax credit is not guaranteed which leads to a reamortization or restructuring of the loan for a much higher monthly payment. Solar sales reps need to have more dignity and transparency with each sale
I wanted solar but when you give me a quote of almost $50000 and a loan of 25 year it comes across as a scam.
good vid
Once all the incentives and government money are gone there will be little profit from solar unless the cost to install them on your home decreases down to where you can make your money back in a few years. Also, wind and solar farms ruin the land they are on and for some reason the "clean" energy people love building them in forests and farm land to get best yields.
My partner worked in the solar industry for 10 years, 3 different companies. Titan was one of them. It's an ironically unsustainable business model lmao
Do u have to payback your loan if there is no company to pay the loan to?
Great video, bud 😁
