This is why new builds and work ethic in USA has declined. I absolutely despise seeing an alleged "grown man" playing like a child in romper room on a jobsite. Grown men don't need the pacification of clowns to complete their work. Nobody needs to be your 'lol buddy'…you only need to work as a team and stay focused on safety so that when children like this are OTJ they don't ruin your life. If working in the dangerous field of construction is too serious for you, go work with the clowns at McDonalds.
