I don't understand this at all the insurance company is supposed to check, but despite all of that the company she was dealing with is and was accredited…. It's the damn split of of the one company into two "both of those companies are liable" one has her money and the other has the contract so at some point "the company was one company" upon the splits they just grabbed everything.
Which makes no sense is it legal, the bottom line is the companies have to come together and do the work or give the money back, it's no work is being done
